Now let's call to order the Travis County Housing Finance Corporation.

>> housing finance corporation.

>> it requires a review of the investment policy. The reason for this agenda item . We are recommending no changes, the housing finance corporation has funds in tex pool and two bank accounts at chase bank one an operating account and the second account for the down payment assistance program.

>> move approval.

>> second. As far as we know the current policy is serving us well.

>> yes, it is. The current policy says.

>> when is the compliance audit and financial audit scheduled?

>> the audits are -- this month, because deloitte and touche who audits the corporations is doing their audits starting this month. So --

>> okay.

>> did we vote on that? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. On the election of officers to corporations let's hold that until next week. We need to elect officers, we need to have our appointment for committees and the rest of that stuff next week, also, try to get it all done. That brings us to 3. 3. Consider and take appropriate action on request to appoint authorized signers on bank accounts. And right now the bank account signers are president Biscoe, the treasurer Gerald Daugherty and the vice-president who was Karen Sonleitner. So there is a need to -- to change the signature card of the bank account. That -- if you want that could be delayed until next week, too.

>> I don't see any reason to delay this one, though.

>> any changes to that recommended?

>> well, we need to --

>> Karen's name.

>> oh, yeah.

>> I'll be happy to do it. If that's --

>> substitute a new -- a new precinct 2 Commissioner for Commissioner Sonleitner?

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Also move that we otherwise leave the authorized signers the same. Okay. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Commissioner Daugherty seconded that motion, also, if that's what I heard. Okay. That does it for the housing finance.

>> you have one more item.

>> one more.

>> I'm looking at the next one there. 4. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve a budget amendment and an invoice for financial advisory services rendered.

>> and this is an invoice for $3,500 from lad patello for his work on college house bonds that were closed in December. He was paid the balance of his fee at closing. From the bond proceeds. This -- and the source of this -- these funds to pay this invoice is -- their application fee and they have paid the application fee. This is the -- the way that we have done this -- this in many other bonds. So we recommend the board approve it.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>>

>> [indiscernible]

>> funneled through us, basically.

>> yes, it is, right.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

>> move adjourn.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
