13. Consider and take appropriate action on request from the state of Texas to cablecast the house of representatives sessions during the 80th Texas legislature on Thursday of each week. And for our residents the problem it poses for us is that we normally have work sessions two Thursdays of each month. And -- but we have accommodated the state in the past.

>> that's correct.

>> and -- and if we accommodate them this time, also, it would mean if we do have a work session on a Thursday, if they are in session, then residents would be able to see the legislature in action, but not the Commissioners court. But we do telecast it internally and I think the -- the internal communication is telecast at 7:00 that evening, right?

>> it's for the -- it's live for the Commissioners court -- the Commissioners court work session would be live on the internal system, replayed on the public system, channel 17, when the house recesses.

>> okay.

>> and we have act dated the state how many years -- accommodated the state how many years now.

>> about a decade we have been accommodating with the state, city of Austin, aisd.

>> notwithstanding what happens during the legislative sessions we have always been cooperative.

>> second that.

>> move approval.

>> seconded by Commissioner Gomez. Discussion? Somebody will send a formal communication to our friends at the state that we are cooperating again.

>> yes, sir.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
