Item 1 is a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed street name assignment for a private easement off logans hollow drive to be known as "logans lane" in precinct three

>> good morning, happy new year. Joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. As the judge said, this is an easement, private easement, we typically game these ease -- name these easements to facilitate a 911 response. The county does not take on any responsibility for maintenance of the roadway or in the street signing. It is the obligation of the property owners. They have proposed and the 911 committee agreed to the naming of the easement as logans lane. The purpose of the hearing is to receive any testimony with regard to the naming.
