Travis County Commissioners Court

Consent Items
Posted for Consent are c-1 through c-3. And I've looked at our agenda and it looks like a lot of consent items to me, beginning with 3. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so. 4-a. None under five. 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11. Sam needs to abstain on 12. And 13, mr. Davis needs to abstain. So 12 and 13 we'll call up separately. Number 14, 15, 16. Susan, you weren't here on that item, were you?
>>
>> [inaudible - no mic].
>> okay. 17-a, b and c. We simply receive those audit reports. A, b, and c, a long list of the esd's there. 18,, 19. And 20 we received those reports too. I don't know -- I assume that when that law was put in place there was a reason for it.
>> I think the state legislature requires that we receive them and I think they do get sent on to the state.
>> okay. 20. And 21 is ready.
>> move approval of the consent.
>> would anyone like for us so call up any of these items for discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
