Number 4 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding the prohibition of the sale for use of restricted fireworks in the unincorporated areas of Travis County.
>> also no -- no -- recommending no action on that today simply because we've had no change in our -- in our drought status. Once again we have asked this be placed on Friday's court to reconsider very briefly based upon the amount of rainfall that we get in the next couple of days.
>> okay. For the record, the order does not prohibit the use of all fireworks, but two in particular.
>> two what they call restricted aerial firework, stick rockets and missiles with fins are the only two that we are allowed to prohibit.
>> the ban stays in place, we will have it back on on Friday.
>> yes, sir.
