>> good morning.

>> good morning. Judge, Commissioners. I am indeed honor norred to be able to present to you the proclamation for cecilia. I spent about five minutes in the back trying to get her to reconsider, give us two or three more years. She declined, been with us 16.5 years. As you know our custodians are front line for all of the county, she has done a fantastic job in doing the things that she knows how to do best. We -- we wish her well when she leaves us, goes out in the community. She says she's just going to take it easy for a while, so I guess I can't -- I can't complain too much about that. But cecilia thank you so much for all that you have done for us and all that you have done for the county. We appreciate it very much.

>> I am spoag for all of us this morning to thank cecilia for all of the hard work. The facilities management arranged their staff -- we have had her on the fifth floor, she has such a gentle spirit something I do inspire to, I know you all don't believe it, but I do. If you are wondering after different reception, meetings that we've had in the conference room, the next morning, that rhymes just sparkling, coffee cups get cleaned. Also she's a perfect example of the duties as assigned because she that to deal with dan smith on a daily basis. We wanted to thank her sincerely for all of her hard work. She can't -- we are going to miss you cecilia. Thank you.
