Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding the cancellation (vacation) of right-of-way, 9,148 square feet of christian lane in the singleton bend subdivision recorded subdivision as recorded in volume 14 page 19, in precinct three (cancellation of 9148 square feet christian lane and revised plat of singleton bend subdivision, lots 1, 109, 110 and 111 - 4 lots - 2.15 acres - singleton drive - no fiscal required - sewage service will be provided via private onsite system - Travis County)

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation and natural resources department. This subdivision is in far northwest Travis County. It's an old subdivision on Lake Travis. The lot owner owns all of the lots on both sides of this short christian lane. And he's asked that the -- that we basically vacate the right-of-way and -- and when we vacate the right-of-way then, it reverts to the adjoining property owners. We do not own the right-of-way fee simple, this is the typical procedure for right-of-way vacation. There have been several questions that have come to the office. I don't know if anyone is here to --
