Let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation, first item to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve a plan to advertise the selected consultant for the Texas department of housing and community affairs grant for home buyer assistance.

>> good afternoon, this is very technical, the owner of the property is being merged into its parent. Technically that requires our consent under the document. But the same people -- an affiliate will own the property, the same people will manage and operate it. I don't see any problem with that.

>> discussion? All in favor? Passes unanimously. Number 4, consider and take appropriate action on transfer of funds issued to finance westchester woods apartment.
>> very briefly, it's unusual for us to have to do that, but wachovia now owns the bond. There's a provision that requires our approval for that trans from her from wachovia, being transferred from enc or merrill lynch, bath large sophisticated institutions. See in problem with this request either.
