Item 5
Do we want to discuss public private partnerships?
>>
>> [indiscernible] 33 is
>> [indiscernible]
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> sorry about that.
>> you need to --
>> [indiscernible]
>> [inaudible - no mic] my concern is next week is the last week that you have to make a decision on this because of the bond covenant. If we roll it until next Tuesday, we will need some solid time to go over the agreements. And I don't know what next week's agenda is going to stack up like.
>> but they are not problematic, though, right? They are not really problematic -- just what's on the --
>> not really. We did get one today that bailed out. So it's history at this point. We have got two that shouldn't be a problem, but one is -- one is fairly complex.
>> joe, how much time do you think that you will need next week before this blocked out time to go through the remainder -- you are talking about I guess item 5, a through -- a through d. How much blocked off time do you think that you will need next week to -- what we have is pretty solid.

>>
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> so we do need 3. Slaughter will be fairly straightforward. Braker is just complex. And that's one that will take I would say on -- probably half an hour to make sure that we have covered everything.
>> okay.
>> we could probably do it in 45 minutes.
>> about how long? Next week? That's what it sounds like, judge.
>> all right. Number 7?
>> thank you, joe.
>> next week.
