Number 2 is to consider and take appropriate action to consider and take appropriate action regarding the prohibition of outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County and related matters.

>> good morning, pete baldwin, the recommendation back from the chiefs, also based upon our current fuel loading conditions, weather related lack of rain is to leave the ban in place. Take no action today. Which means if -- if the -- if the discussion I heard earlier this morning regarding the meeting session this -- this current ban would -- would go out of -- of the existence on December 27th, so I would bring one back if you meet on the 22nd. That was when we would look at the next one.

>> all right. We have been carrying this item from week to week, it will be on next week?

>> right.

>> yes, sir. For action means that we leave the ban in place.

>> correct.
