1. Receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate two five foot public utility easements located along either side of the common lot line of lots 97 and 98 and two five foot public utility easements located along either side of the common lot line of lots 98 and 99 all being within block pp of twin lake hills, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation and natural resources department. The property owner has asked for the vacation of these public utility easements to enable him to build a home over these three lots. We have contacted the companies, they have not objected to the vacation, or have expressed an interest in maintaining the easements. I know of no objection to the proposed vacation, the purpose is to receive public testimony regarding the proposed vacation.

>> move to close the public hearing.
