Executive Session Items
Based on my records, we are down to executive session, aren't we? We are asked to pull number 29. Number 30 Commissioner Sonleitner asked me to put on just in case there is an update. Where is -- john hilly. John hilly will know whether we have received the information from mr. Rylander that would enable us to move on 30. Do you have any indication?
>> well, I understand that there is that verification, but I'm -- he wouldn't mind talking about it. But I think that that information --
>> we have got one item. That's number 30. 30. Consider and take appropriate action on farmers market lease agreement with carrie keith d/b/a cool beans coffee. 1 and this is posted under consultation with attorney. And real estate -- real property exceptions to the open meetings act. We will meet in executive session, discuss this one item. And we will return to open court before taking any action.

>> yeah, judge. I would like to have year end numbers. So we have enough time to look at it. That should have been done since the end of September. Before I move forward on any other lease agreements, the farmers market, I would like to have a full accounting of the full year 2006. When that gets to us, that will give us enough time, we can consider putting this thing back on.
>> we will just have it on next week just in case we get it. If we don't get it. We will know what to do. Okay?
>> okay.
>> all right. No action required.
