Executive Session Items
We did approve number 13, right?

>> that is executive session. Then we are ready for executive session. This morning we had a long discussion of item no. 10, which involves the -- not number 10. It was number nine, which involves the Travis County correct correctional complex design build project. We will take that into executive session for advice of legal counsel because the county judge has two or three legal questions, so that will be be under consultation with attorney. And then going back to the executive session posted items, 27 is to consider doing appropriate action for property -- consider purchase offers received for property at 6701 burnet road and take appropriate action bes for options for sale. That's the real property exception. Let's also announce for consultation with attorney in case we need it. 28, receive briefing from county attorney and authorize county attorney to hire experts and take appropriate action in naacp of Austin, nelson lender, sonya santana and david van os versus Texas secretary of state and Travis County clerk. Consultation with attorney to the open meetings act. 29, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in the estate of susan c. Milburn, deceased. Consultation with attorney. 30, receive briefing from county attorney regarding legal issues with private/private partnership agreements for arterial roadway construction. Consultation with attorney. 31, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding on-call pay initials the medical examiner's office. Consultation with attorney plus the personnel matters exceptions to the open meetings act. 32, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding voluntary buyout program of certain single-family residential properties adjacent to walnut creek and located along quiette drive in precinct 1, consultation with attorney. That's also announced under real property just in case we need both exceptions. 33, consider and take appropriate action on familiarers market lease agreement with carey keith, d/b/a cool beans coffee, consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. And 34, receive update on management agreement with rylander investment company for the farmers market. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We'll discuss these matters in executive session under the --

>> hold on. We're supposed to take number five up also. And number five was the scofield ridge parkway street and drainage improvements project. Absolutely. That's under consultation with attorney. So we'll discuss all of the posted executive session items, plus five and nine under consultation with attorney in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.
