Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1 through c 3. C 1 through c 3. And we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. By the way, number 5 sort of postponed, I understand that it is not ready. But I think that we need to discuss that in executive session one more time.

>> I was going to say judge probably ready after lunch on this one

>> [indiscernible]

>> [inaudible - no mic]

>> after lunch?

>>

>> [inaudible - no mic]

>> we do need an executive session so we can understand exactly what it is that we plan to do.

>> yes, sir.

>> 6 is tied to 5 in that we need consultant services for the rest of the claim. Are we ready on six today?

>> we are ready on six today.

>> any objection to six being part of the consent motion?

>> no.

>> no objection there, judge.

>> six will be part of the consent motion. 7, all of 7, we really terminating contracts and in 8 we are renewing most of them, so 7 and 8 really a -- renew a contract for the same vendors, same professionals basically. 7 and 8 part of the consent motion. 11 that we had the public hearing on, my question on 10 for roger and I guess others is the timing of that. And if we need it, we need it. I believe the timing is appropriate today. Any objection to that being on consent?

>> I'm fine with that.

>> no, judge. I have no objection to that.

>> all right. 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 a, 16, 17,, 18 a and b, then we jump to 22, and 22 is the last one.

>> move approval of the consent motion as listed by the judge.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these separately? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
