1. Receive comments on a plat for recording in precinct three: revised plat of lots 8, 9, 14 and 15, block a of the ranches at hamilton pool (4 existing lots of 182.53 acres total, proposed to be divided into 9 lots - grand summit boulevard off hamilton pool road - no fiscal is required - wastewater will be processed by an on-site private sewage system)

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. This is a large lot subdivision in southwest Travis County. There are four lots totaling 182 acres and the applicant is asking that -- that they be allowed to divide that into nine. All of those are over -- over 15 acres each, so it's still a very large lot subdivision. Going from four lots to nine lots. I know of no objection to the -- to the proposed revised plat.
