Consultation with attorney exception. And number 40 -- I don't recall an added item. Number 40 is to receive status report and take appropriate action on proposed voluntary. Buyout program of certain single-family residential properties adjacent to. Walnut creek and located along quiette drive in precinct one from the. Following property owners: a. Ingram; b. Rios; c. English; d. Thoresen; e. Magner; and. F. Kelly. 1 and 2. Around these are posted under the consultation with attorney plus the -- plus the real estate real property exceptions to the open meetings act. We will discuss these items in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.
we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following items: 34 resolving an on call pay issue in the medical examiner's office. We did discuss this with legal counsel. We'll have it book the court's agenda next Tuesday for follow-up discussion and we've asked the -- some of the manager in the medical examiner's office to get with affected employee and have a further discussion. And so next week we'll have follow-up discussion and take appropriate action. Anything else on this item today? 35 involves the claim by samantha barnes against Travis County. On this one we did get a request to take no action today. We got updated on the matter, and my religious is that we take no -- my religious is that we take in action consistent with ms. Barnes. I will tell her this this matter needs to be taken care of as soon as possible. Any other action? Number 36 is the -- move that we approve the proposed tax resale deed to william mars, who has paid Travis County the sum of $3,000 in cash.

Number 37, I move that we approve the resale deed to yitza desnsa, who paid Travis County the sum of $1,950 for lot number 72, plus $2,500 for lot 50, plus $1,950 for lot 51, and those payments were made to us in cash.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. On item number 38, move that we approve the prepared tax resale deed to mr. Dawkrajai, resale deed. And he has paid Travis County the sum of $7,600 in cash.

And our last item today involved the voluntary buyout program of singer family residential properties adjacent to walnut creek along quiet drive. And move that we accept the offers to sell. Do we need the names and amounts or just the names?
>> you've got all the names present. You've got contract offers and I think the only thing left would be to authorize you to sign each one of the contract offers.
>> move that we authorize the county judge to sign all of the contract offers in the cases of ingram, kavosos, rios os and english in tier one. And in tier two, thor enson, mcnear and kelly. We thank the residents for working with us and we'll try to expedite all of these closings as much as possible.
>> quick, judge, especially in the case of magner, there are some very tight cloation dates of December fifth, so everything needs to be done to expedite the magner closing date so we can make that happen. And our sincere thank to greg chico and to everyone else in the right-of-way team who brought this to successful conclusion.
