Let's call to order the final corporation for today. The Travis County health facilities development corporation. Item no. 1, a long item. We know our lawyers have been working cliff. 1. Consider and take appropriate action to approve (a) partial release of the lien held by Travis County health facilities development corporation on property located at 8509 fm 969 for the center for -- there's that address Commissioner Davis.
>> exactly. Child protection and (b) consent and subordination by lienholders to easements (for the center for child protection) and take other appropriate actions on these matters.
>> this was the same item that was before you all several weeks ago. The documents are now final, that's really what's here to approve the final documents that I believe mr. Davis should have distributed last week.
