Travis County Commissioners Court

Consent Items
Posted for consent are c 1 through c 4, those are ready we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. A pretty long list of them, if you would like for us to discuss them separately, any of them, please say so as we call out the number of the item. C 1 through c 4, 4:00a and b, 5, number 6, 7, that we have the public hearing on. And we jump to -- to 10, 10 a and b, c, 11 rather, c marked after 11, 10, all of 10 and 11, then to 15 a and b, 17, 18,.
>> judge I'm going to have to abstain on both of those.
>> okay. We will not include 17 and 18 in the consent motion. 19, 20. Both 21 and 22 are refunds, 21 the recommendation is to refund $950, any issues with that?
>> no.
>> justification made sense to me. 22 the refund is the recommendation -- the recommendation is to refund 80%, which is $10,814, the county would retain 20%, which is $703 and 50 cents. Is that okay for consent?
>> yes.
>> okay. The reasons made sense to me.
>> yeah. Then we jump to 26, 27, 30, 31, 32 is a form contract, we have been using it, a new administrator this year, a new contract for that person and company.
>> move approval.
>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately? Favor favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
