>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources departments. This is a drainage easement and it is a -- run between two lots. The -- the engineer for the product has determined that the drainage easement is not necessary and the reason they want to vacate the -- the easement is so that a building could be built and not encroached on the easement. So with the -- with the evaluation done by the engineer of record, we would recommend that the -- that the easement be vacated.
