Consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. 33, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action regarding invoice received from wm investments number 6 at 1040 10401 burn et road, ltd, for the purchase of the precinct two jp con stable cscd building, consultation with attorney and real property exceptions to the open meetings act. 34, receive legal brief and take appropriate action on recent Texas attorney generally's opinion regarding the use of take home vehicles by county employees and authorization for cost reimbursement. Consultation with attorney exception we will discuss the matters in executive session but return to open court before taking any action.
