Now let's call to order the Travis County Bee Caves road district number 1, and there's one item to consider, and that is to consider and take appropriate action on the Travis County Bee Caves road district number one galleria operations agreement. Afternoon.
>> good afternoon, carol joseph, tnr. You've seen this agreement before. Initially we had that approved, but as part of the Travis County wre need to reaprooch it as the road district. The agreement just basically sets forth what we expect to happen for the galleria in terms of the bonz, the sale of the bonds, the revenues that should be had or the tax revenues that should be available before we sell bonds.
>> and if it's good enough for Travis County it ought to be good enough for the road district. Is that what you're telling us? That's why I move approval.
>> second.
>> discussion? All in favor? Voting in favor Commissioner -- directors Daugherty, Sonleitner and yours truly. Commissioner Davis abstaining and Commissioner Gomez absent.
