Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1 through -- posted for consent are c 1 through c 5. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 2, 3, 4, 5 a and b, supplemental is limited to $5,000, is that okay? What happened is we are selling the property claim in a, an accident that we clearly caused, it seems, there would be other claims that we need to pay. This motion would be up to one thousand dollars more. You can do it without coming back to the Commissioners court in excess of 1,000, 1,000 and one penny you have to come back to the court. Okay. That's in 5 a and 5 b is really just those computer docking stations on some of the sheriff's vehicles.

>> judge, would you make it a friendly that on a that the court just simply get an e-mail to find out what the -- what the information is about the driver? They were going to delay telling us what was going on with how the driver situation was being handled. If that's all being wrapped into one, just so that we find out how internally that happened. The same as the sheriff always does let us know.

>> that's friendly. That's friendly. I bet mr. Mansour is listening so we will do that for us. All right. Number 6, 7, 8 we postponed, and we jump to 11 a and b, 12, 13, and sit on 15 pull or back on next week?

>> pull.

>> pull until further notice, 16, 17, we postponed 18, 19, then to 23, yeah 20, 20 also, the one we had the public hearing on. I had just put public hearing down on that.

>> number 23?

>> then to 23? 24, 25 a and b,.

>> judge do you think that Commissioner Gomez needs to be here on 21 or do you think that makes any difference?

>> I think it depends on how straightforward it is. Whatever issues there. I mean, if we -- if it appears to be controversial still, maybe we ought to wait. And if your office could give us a little bit of input on that -- within the next hour, that might be good, also. We can certainly delay that if we need to. 25 a and b was the last one, right? Then we jump to 27, 28, I guess 29 is a long item that I had -- my question was is this item as straightforward as it seems, joe? So on 29, I don't know that I have any issues there, if there's a whole lot going on there. 29 is as straightforward as the backup indicates?

>> just one thing, you have a substitute advanced funding agreement that I put in your signature folder. It had a very minor change to the project numbering of txdot. That was the only thing.

>> the only thing --

>> otherwise it's ready to go.

>> yeah.

>> okay. All of 29. 29 a through 29 f. Number 33, 34.

>> with our thanks.

>> right.

>> to

>> [indiscernible] nonresponsive.

>> 38, 39, we did postpone 40 and a 1.

>> judge, if I might on a 1 put the names that we have submitted to everybody with their resumes, that being larry schram, beryl busy,

>> [indiscernible], dr. Barbara mink and garyry

>> [indiscernible], those names have all gun given.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of those items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
