Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments on a plat for recording in precinct three: dodd's subdivision (2 total lots of 5.004 acres and 4.971 acres - honeycomb circle near roundmountain road - no fiscal is required with the final plat - wastewater to be provided by individual on site septic systems)

>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation and natural resources department. This is currently a one lot subdivision of about 10 acres. It's being subdivided into two lots, roughly about five acres apiece. The -- it will be provided with the water by individual wells and septic systems for the septics and there are no streets within the subdivision. So it otherwise meets our subdivision requirements. And I know of no objection to the resubdivision of this lot.
