Consent Items
Posted for consent are c 1 through c 8, c 1 through c 8. Any issues with any of them. Let's consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If someone would like for us to discuss any of these items separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. I'm doing this now so those who are wondering whether they need to come to court or not will know. Number 2, 3, 3 is creation of a new position but it's -- it's a little bit less than the -- than the old one. Number 5, all of number 8, 8 a through 8 d, 9, 10, 11, all of 12, 12 a through 12 e, from 12 to 16 a and b, any issues with 18? 18 is a request to extend the deadline from November 30th, '06, try to do a better job of getting out the word about this excellent public service opportunity and see if we can generate a few more applications and I do think we ought to try to do those interviews in December, start that term in -- in January the 1st of the year.
