Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are -- are c 1 through c 2. And we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 3, 4, 5, 6, let's just read 7 a little bit later. 8 a and b, 9 a and b.

>> judge, just a minor, it says there's a plat for recording in precinct 1. It's actually precinct 2, I did sign this. All of the backup clearly shows that this is in precinct 2. I signed it.

>> okay. With that one change. 9 a and b.

>> thank you, judge.

>> number -- 10 was a big item, do we need to discuss it?

>> works for me.

>> we have been working on that a long, long time.

>> public private partnership, followed quickly by number 11.

>> okay. Let's just call 11 up separately. 13, all of 3?

>> uh-huh.

>> a through 13 h. 14. 15, 16 --

>> judge, I had a question on 16. I let h.r. Know what it is so that --

>> 16 will not be part of the consent motion. 17 is all right.

>> all right with me.

>> more or less.

>> any issues on 17?

>> I think that we have more than sufficiently raised our objections in the past as to -- as to avoidable accidents. But they have been appropriately dealt with by our risk manager and the appointed -- and elected officials with their auto -- so, yes, I will -- I will consent to consent on that one.

>> being on. We will have all of 17 on consent. 17 a through 17 h. There's a lot of -- there's a lot of property claims. 19, 20, 21. I said that I would call up item no. 22 at about 10:30. We have several folks coming over on that one. We do not need 23. The county clerk says there is nothing for us to consider today. We will have it on next week again just in case. A 1 and a 2.

>> yes, move approval of the consent items.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
