>> ... Which is 2.25, one which is paving and plat work. Other than this, everything is okay with me, move forward with it, now, or if you wish to postpone it one week it's -- yeah, it's on 2.25. The last item 2.25-12 and 2.25-13. Those are two items not in the scope of the management department. My understanding is all along that, and still we will provide engineering if and everything within the building and five feet from the building, that's normal cutoff, anything outside that, you know, any construction cost or anything to that effect, utilities, for instance pavement costs, sidewalk costs, landscape costs, sign costs, was not part of our cost estimation of the building. So that would like to make it clear that anything outside five feet from the building was not part of our estimation at the beginning so we'll be glad to provide engineering work if the court wish to do so, but construction will not --

>> do we eliminate those things.

>> we need to discuss it further, I think. It needs to get done, the question is who will do it. How did these get in here?

>> I don't know.

>> didn't jim draft that scope of services? And that was the understanding we were going to do that, but then as you file along you decided not to, so this agreement being between the county and the corporation, y'all are pretty much -- can do what you like.

>> I would like to have a good clear understanding of what -- who will do what.

>> we've taken 6 months already so one more week --

>> yes, sir.

>> I just want to let you know that --

>> we'll know for sure next week.

>> yeah.

>> because this needs to get done t question is who will do it.

>> I understand.

>> and just to let you know, the status report on that, we are 90% done with the cd, the only thing we have to do is to get the approval from the state jail, you know, and the construction.

>> okay. Appreciate it. That's the only item regarding the visitation center for the Commissioner's court, right? Okay. Thank you. We'll have it back on next week.
