Posted for consent are c 1 is through c 4. We have been asked to add a long list of items to the consent motion if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the fum. 10 a and b. Number 11. Any issues on 13. , not today.
>> 13, 14. 15 a and b. Number 16, 17. 19 a and b. Number 20. 21-a. We'll call 21 b up in executive session which we will reach this afternoon. So just 21-a. Number 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31.
>> I need to talk about 31.
>> 31 will not be be part of the consent motion. 32, 33, 34, 35, 38, 39 a and b, 40, 41, 42. Did I say no action on 45? We won't need that today. A-1 is is the last one.
>> move approval of consent.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion?
>> judge, on c-4, is it possible that we can read in that this is old precinct 2. It's actually now precinct 3. Those are all things located off of nameless road, so that actually should have been Commissioner Daugherty. It's old two.
>> so are on c-4ious change the name of the Commissioner?
>> it says plat for recording in precinct 2. It's actually precinct 3.
>> any objection to that correction? Then let's make it happen. All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
