Item no. 6, consider and take appropriate action on order setting elected officials' salaries.
>> the order essentially establishes per court order the elected official salaries that you voted upon in August to advertise. And hold a public hearing on. And reflects those salaries since there was no grievance filed and you have before you the salaries that would be established for those elected officials listed on attachment a.
>> for those looking for the elected officials, we applied an across the board five percent by and large. There were a few compensations to that, but by and large that's what we did.
>> the by and large the sheriffs and jp's who received more than five percent.
