Let's call to order the Travis County finance corporation, the health facilities and the capital development. One item to all three corporations and that is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve fiscal year 2007 budgets.

>> good afternoon, I'm harvey Davis, manager for the corporations. I'd like to point out a couple of items on the budgets. This year we have budgets for three instead of four corporations of as you recall, the capital health facilities development corporation, you shroud that we put that corporation in a core mant status so it does not have any income or revenue. As you can see on the budget most of the activity is and commitments are with the Travis County housing finance corporation. The amount important the commitment to have the habitat, that's in next year year's budget because there was a delay in the closing on the lot in dell valley. Last time when I was here wean we were here on Austin habitat they were going to close in August n mid August and they have inform me that the new closing date is the first part of October. The amount for the measure dream down payment initiative rale really covers the program that we have now ongoing and which we have closed on 12 out of the 30 loans, and the grant that we will soon be having that was approved by the Texas department of housing community affairs board in late August. The amount in the budget represents the match funds that the board approved. The remaining match funds that the board approved. All the excess funds of the corporations have been put into an allocated reserve. And so that allows you to use those funds if you so choose during this next year if we issue bonds and we have related expenses and we have chose funds or if you have other uses that you feel like you want to do with these funds.

>> harvey, under the housing finance corporation, you have there a fee for the fire marshal. Is that related to the rebuilding of dots?

>> no, that's related to the fee for the scouts, I believe it was.

>> okay, got it.

>> they have not given us a bill to collect on that fee.

>> okay. Judge, where were we taking the thing related, was that out of economic ? Hss dñr--development? Hss?

>> there are some fees for tnr we said we would reimburse. But I don't think the project has tom to fruition.

>> --come to fruition.

>> we had shout she was going to do it at the current site but she has done that in the another city. This is the girl scouts.

>> I didn't remember.

>> I could not remember which one this was. I got it.

>> move approval.

>> discussion? All in favor. That passes by unanimous vote.

>> move that.

>> all in favor. That passes unanimously also also.
