Consent Items
Posted on the agenda for consent are c-1 through c-5. C-1 through c-5. And we've been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. 9-a and b. 10. 10, there's a lot of items in 10, but --. 11. 12-a. I guess we ought to pull up 12-b for discussion.
>> yeah, I didn't quite understand it.
>> 13. The holidays. 14. By the way that is correct is not a new owner. We have new there and that's the old owner, but the old owner will manage this contract. That's the difference. So 14 with that minor change. Number 18, we've got to figure out a way to pay that $2,879, but it's too good a deal to pass up. 19. 20. 21. 22. 23. 24 we've postponed. 26. I need to abstain on 25. 27. 28. 30. 31 we'll have back on next week. 32.
>> judge, I had one question on 32.
>> okay. 32 will not be part of the consent motion. We'll call it up after the galleria, so within the next 5 minutes. 33. All of 34. So 34-a, b and c. 35. 36. All of 37. And 38.
>> move approval.
>> and a-1, judge?
>> a-1 we need to discuss. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
