Number 5, moving up the agenda in reverse order, consider and take appropriate action regarding the prohibition of outdoor burning in the unincorporated areas of Travis County and related matters. We'll go to consent after this and then the galleria item. I haven't forgotten it.

>> good morning, pete baldwin, emergency management coordinator. I had an opportunity to visit with all the fire chiefs yesterday at the chiefs meeting and also the Texas forest service was there. That leads into saying what we would normally expect to come in and say we got some nice, beneficial rains, we should go ahead and lift it. What we did was brought ourselves probably about a month of time frame. But the amount of rain that was received county-wide was not sufficient enough the that the fire chiefs voted unanimously that they would ask me to leave it in place because, like, in the western districts, pedernales, they received a half inch. Whereas the eastern counties got a little bit more. But what they asked me to come back and request of the court was to leave the burn ban in place for one more week. Let's look at the green-up that will occur from this short rain, see if that's going to give us some beneficial help with fires, but that was the request of the fire chiefs yesterday and that was also based on a report by the Texas forest services coming in. We are hoping that we're getting into this more of a rainy pattern and that we can move on and, you know, get out from under this, but that was the request the chiefs asked me to bring forward to you today was to leave it in place for one week.

>> questions or comments? By taking the action, we'll leave the burn ban in place and have it back on the agenda next week just in case we need to take action.
