Executive Session Items
There are no added items this week. And only two executive session items, the first which of is is to receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action concerning contract with stanek and associates for research and recovery services. That's under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. Number 33 is is to consider and take appropriate action on the potential purchase of real estate in central Austin. That's under the real estate exception. And let's also add the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We'll discuss these two items in executive session, but return to open court before taking any action.
we have returned from executive session where we discussed item number 32 involving the stanek and associates research and recovery services contract. Move that we contact the outstanding firm for discussions consistent with legal advice give nen executive session.
