Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1 through c 3, and we have been asked to consider adding a long list of items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number. Number 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 11 a and b, number 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 --

>> I have a question on 16.

>> 16 will not be part of the consent motion, now, on number 17th my recommendation is that we postpone -- that we approve this for one year. For some reason or another we started approving for the next year, plus the following year. And -- and so -- so I'm saying consent for one year, one year renewal, and I do think that we ought to look at this because we have been renewing it for like seven or eight years. Not that I have any issues with it, just that the contract was a bit unusual. So if purchasing is listening and the county attorney office, one year renewal, regarding two years through '08 that language we would just delete. I think we can delete a sentence or two and get that done. Number 18, 19 that we had the public hearing on, 20, 21, 22, all of 23, so 23 a through 23 c, 24 a and b, 28,.

>> there's a discussion item on there, judge, is everybody fine with it.

>> I'm fine.

>> I'm fine with it.

>> I thought we would just discuss and it approve it anyway. 29 okay?

>> you mean 28.

>> I'm sorry 28.

>> I'm fine with it.

>> and number 29.

>> move approval of the consent items.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any items for separate discussion? All in favor?

>> judge, on 28, on 28, I just [indiscernible] where that water is coming from, I think need to be --

>> 28 will not be part of the consent motion.

>> back up, I think it need to be specified where the source of the water is coming.

>> 28 will not be part of the consent motion.

>> thank you.

>> all in favor? Of the others? That passes by unanimous vote.
