Citizens communication is next, one resident signed in, phillip a. Dick.

>> good morning, judge, good morning, panel. As you know, I am here to talk about not only my group, but we are having a group meeting at the dewitty center, September the 8th, 2006, from 6:00 p.m. To 7:00 p.m. It will be -- it will be about -- about the parents and -- and inmates. We are wanting to discuss ways of -- of putting things to the legislature to maybe change some of the -- some of the directions for prisoners that's incarcerated that's being abused in -- in prison. We have -- I have a stack of letters from, you know, different inmates that's reaching out for help like my son is. They are complaining of the same type of treatments, you know, that my son is complaining about. So something really and truly needs to be done and so -- you know, we want to discuss it. Not only with -- with our members, we would like to have some representation, you know, like someone a representative from the county or the state, someone, to come and discuss things, you know, with the -- with the group. I don't know which way to go if I should try to get mr. -- mr. Rodriguez's, you know, of precinct 4 or should I try to get ms. Donna dukes or somewhere there to maybe speak to the people, so that we could get, you know, more details laid on the table as to what we need to do to resolve some of these inmate problems. This is my concern. But I would appreciate it if -- if maybe you all could attend the meeting September the 8th, one of your all from the Commissioners court, it would be very nice to have one of you out there to, you know, maybe speak to the members of my group, September the 8th, 2006, and it's at 1209 dewittye, rosewood avenue at the dewitty center.

>> thank you, ms. Dick. Anyone else for citizens communication whether you signed in or not? That's to address any matter not on the agenda. Consent items are next.
