10. Consider and take appropriate action on agreement with st. David's medical center and pediatrix medical services inc. For neonatal intensive care unit transport helicopter services.
>> good morning, again, pete baldwin, emergency services coordinator. I neglected to make sure that everybody was introduced last time around. This -- this [indiscernible] program director for star flight and willie culber son aviation director, to my right is steve hamerly with st. David's, basically this contract will allow star flight and st. David's to do the neonatal transport. Very similar to the contract that we had before you about a month ago and in fact almost exactly the change except for a few minor wording changes and definitions. With that we would be glad to ask any questions -- answer any questions that you may ask [laughter]

>> yes, sir. We are very proud to work with star flight and pediatrics and provide this service to the citizens of central Texas. And from this point moving forward and bringing very sick children to our facility.

>> steven hammerly I'm the transport manager.
>> nice to meet you.
>> questions?
>> judge, I think we need to make sure that everybody understands that the -- the cost, you know, for this will not be borne at all by the hospitals. What we will do in turn is we will bill the -- the insurance companies so that we will have the ability to be repaid for -- for the use of fire helicopters and service. So we feel like that's something that we can do, make sure that everybody understands that that's where we get the pay back is through the companies rebill --
