35 is is to consider and take appropriate action on an order designating election day polling places for the November 7, 2006 joint general and special elections.
>> you will notice that there is within precinct that's to be determined. That was formerly balcones woods apartments. They have since changed the space that we can vote in, and it really does not accommodate the election process. And we have a judge there in particular, a precinct judge, who is very involved with wanting to be a part that have decision on if we move and where we move. We've looked into a few other places and been told no, so we are still in the process of trying to replace that site if possible.

>> other than that all of the other sites are set for the election.
>> so 258 when I see --
>> I'm sorry, 232? I didn't have the sheet in front of me. To be determined. So we're still working on that one?
>> all the rest have been confirmed.
>> any questions, issues, comments about the others? So do we have 232 back on the agenda, you'll let us know when to put it back on.
>> yes, sir.
>> what's the deadline for it?
>> as soon as possible.
>> so 232, voters do not become alarmed, we're sure working on it and are still optimistic.
>> we would like to go to court next week if possible and have that ready for you.
>> okay move approval.
>> second.
