Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct three: resubdivision of lots 8 and 9, block b, the preserve at riverplace, section 2 (short form plat - 2 lots - 2.461 acres - milky way drive - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by city of Austin - city of Austin 2-mile etj).

>> good morning, joe fwees geese the transportation natural resources department. Joe gieselman, the owners are asking that we resubdied, they are just adding some acreage to one lot, but otherwise they meet the standards of the county for resubdividing. No objection to -- I know of no objection to the replatting.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing.
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This will be action item no. 16 on today's agenda.
