Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1 through c 4, we have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent moption. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately please say so as we call outnumber of the item. Outlet the number of the item. Number 3, 4, my note here says pull number 6 per t.n.r., so -- so pull and it will be -- pull or postpone?

>> pull.

>> pull. They will let us know when to put it back on, number 8 is simply to set a public hearing, what's the date on that? Do we need to discuss the date?

>> a brief discussion. We've a little brief discussion before we post on date on that.

>> all right. 12 a, actually I have no problem with 13 except to ask facilities whether any of these three projects are necessary for us to work on between now and the end of the fiscal year because, if so, we can figure out another way to provide part of that funding. The request is to take money from three projects, transfer it over to an hvac project that we need to go ahead and get done. Any problem with 13 being on the consent.

>> I think that was part of a facilities memo, judge, that basically said it's so close to the end of the fiscal year that they felt comfortable that those projects could be frozen right now and then start again fresh, October 1.

>> 3 seems to be a whole lot to put on hold. If we need to start some of those, lack of money stops us, I'm just saying let us know. 14, 15, we will try to reach 16 at about 10:30 in response to a request from one of our request. 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 1. Consider and take 21 --

>> I need that one pulled judge.

>> 21 will not be part of consent. 22, 23, 24, tied to the budget transfers. 25, and 26.

>> move approval of these items.

>> second.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? Last call. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
