7. Consider and take appropriate action on the letter of agreement concerning costs of creation and issuance of debt for proposed Travis County/bee cave road district #1. Move approval.

Today we haven't received the financial report for the unified report that I reported back in March and if you all could help out and request from that -- from lad to get that report in, I would appreciate it. I have been trying to get that, I have not yet received that, we need to do that before you go much farther in creating the district.
