Posted for consent are c 1 through c 3. We have been asked to -- to add several items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the number of the item. 6 a, 7, at some point between now and October 1 we probably ought to have a few items on the agenda so we can discuss what actions we can take maybe to -- if not reduce that cost keep it from accelerating so fast. 7, 8, 9, 1, 14, 15 -- 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 17, 18, 19 a and b, 20 a, b and c, 21 a and b, 22 a and b, 23 a and b, 24, 25, 26 -- judge I want --

>> 26 will not be part of the consent motion. 27 my question would be exactly what is it that staff recommends that the court do today. I read the memo, understand the reasons why, but not sure exactly what action we need to take. 31, 32, 33, 34, which really is a public hearing on August 29th, dana I apologize -- apologizes for not being able to be here, I think this is a good consent item, isn't it? 34?

>> do we need to talk about a 1? Actually, I don't have any problem with a 1, any objection to a 1 being a part of the consent agenda? That will be the last one.

>> Commissioner Gomez moves approval, right?

>> somebody already -- [multiple voices]

>> seconded by the whole court. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion?

>> 27. I will fill you in on what the recommendation was.
