26. Consider and take appropriate action on the request to use alternative fiscal for sweetwater section 1 - pedernales summit parkway, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> it's been the standard practice of ours where we have requested that the -- that we hold in abeyance any approvals on the final plat until the infrastructure is completed and inspected to our compliance and then -- then we would allow the plat to be filed with the county clerk's office. It's just an alternative to actually posting fiscal for the improvement. So it's -- we have -- we have a -- we have applied this policy when requested to do so in the past.
