2. Receive comments regarding a request to temporarily close county line road south of u.s. 290 east in precinct one for culvert repairs starting August 9, 2006 and continuing for one week or until construction is completed. That's tomorrow morning.

>> yes, this is a county roadway maintained by Travis County. We need to replace the culvert and we are asking the court to close the road for up to a week to allow our county crews to pull the old road out and put a new one in. I know of no objection to the proposed closure.

>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing.
