>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. Several years back, Travis County assisted the Texas department of transportation in the widening of Bee Caves road, widening and actually realignment. If you recall it was an old farm-to-market road, now is a five-lane facility. The process of realigning the -- the farm-to-market road, state highway, they abandoned or they left on the side these pieces of the old Bee Caves road, old farm-to-market road 2244. These are still state properties. And the -- in certain cases there are property openers on either side -- property owners on either side of these abandoned roadways. In this particular case, the owner is asking that this -- this old state highway right-of-way be abandoned, become a part of the adjoining parcels. In this case, the -- the property is -- is slated to be a public -- a location of a new public library. We have no interest in the abandoned right-of-way, therefore we would recommend to the court that it be abandoned.

>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?

>> move to close the public hearing.

>> second.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This will be action item no. 17 on today's agenda.
