Judge, are we going back to 3 32?
>> yes. Consider and take appropriate action on strategy to fill executive manager for criminal justice planning and executive manager for emergency services positions and related issues.
>> you asked us to read the job description before lunch. A couple of things came to my mind. At the top it says executive manager of criminal justice planning. I thought there had been discussions that that would be called justice and public safet.
>> that's true.
>> and that would be something that would need to be fixed throughout it. Otherwise looks like we're looking for a planner as opposed to a bigger vision thing.

>> the other thing I notice, I have page 3 of 4 but no page 4. So I didn't know if it went to a page 4 or not, something I'm supposed to be looking at.

>> it may be left over things that are not real. Just thinking through, if it really is justice and public safety, whether we want to continue to call the criminal justice planning division that. I'm concerned if have you this person operating as department head for criminal justice planning, too much of what's going to be embedded in this document is we're looking for a planner and it's really something with that planning background. And I don't get the sense that that's where the court wants to head. So it's just, once again, is that going to be called justice and public safety.

>> I agree with you. Just making sure that all of that is consistent throughout what's embedded in this document document. Those would be my comments.
