We're extremely dry in the western portions of the county, so we feel like it is appropriate time now to go ahead and put back the outdoor burping ban for the unincorporated areas.

>> what are the pfd's, have they given you any input?

>> they are all in favor of it.

>> I notice that there are surrounding counties also that have invoked a burn ban around Travis County.

>> Williamson went yesterday. The only wubz left outstanding is us and bastrop right new.

>> okay.

>> move approval.

>> second.

>> if those wondering what's goik on, there is an index that we physical, and my backup says that on July 25th, we were averaging about 540, so 40 points over the 500 is the minimum that the technique forest service uses -- Texas fr rest service uses. So since the 25 tz it's gotten worse.

>> yesterday we were at 584. Urks still going up.

>> for those who are wondering what they're doing and what they should did, we set forth a few specifics in the order they signed. If you have questions about what it is you're supposed to did and under what circumstances you can do outdoor burning you need a copy of the order. You can contact any member of the Commissioners court or pete baldwin in the mmg services office of Travis County, and we will be able to get anybody who wants one a copy. Any discussion of the motion? Any mr? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We'll leave this item on the agenda for the next couple of weeks just in case much prayed for rain does come and we don't need the order.
