Consent Items
Posted for consent are c 1 through c 5, and I show those to be ready. And we've been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, let us know as we call out the number. Number 1, two ab and c, so all of 2. 4. Number five I have a legal question. Rather than destroy these modules, which is what this is, the question is whether we can donate these to a nonprofit. And what I have in mind is are the nonprofit agencies that refurbish furniture of all kinds as part of a workforce development program or job training? And then I think they turn around and try to sell those and put the money back into job training program. I think we asked a similar question before. I forget the answer. So the question on 5 is whether we can donate that to a nonprofit if we find one interested rather than destroy that furniture. How's that?
>> sure, judge.
>> number 6 part of the consent motion. We'll get back to five later today. Number 6, 7...
>> seven I have something on.
>> seven will not be part of the consent motion. Number 8, 9, 10 a and b, 11, all of 12, so 12 a through 12-k. We have been asked to pull 16 by the transportation and natural resources department. Just as a note, 17 we'll try to call up early afternoon, maybe 1:40. 18 in its entirety, 18 a through 18-e. Number 21 and number 23.
>> move approval of the consent agenda as read.
>> second am.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
