I'm not sure we need the matter involving executive managers. I'm still having that language that we approved last week integrated with the old language and don't have that document yet. As soon as I get it I'll send it to the court and I think everybody will find it acceptable. Yours is posted, right? So we'll have it back on. I may not have announced it --

>> on that topic, what left over that is still unresolved is the question about where in the org charts the medical examiner belongs because that does impact the job description for either justice and public safety or es. Es has it in there. This is proposing to have it in there as well.

>> there's no wrong answer. I will tell you that. It can go either way.

>> but I do think we need to know exactly where it lands before we start to interview.
