Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of a drainage easement located on lot 11, block b, of seven oaks section 5, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> jarrell joseph, tnr. Again, we received the request from the owner's agent for vacation of the drainage easement, which now is between 70 and 85 feet. The engineer proved that they need only 25 feet of the drainage easement. We've had no comments, no objections, and our engineers have reviewed it and agreed that it's okay too.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. That would be action item 21 on today's agenda.
