Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacant two five-foot public utility and drainage easements located along either side of the common lot line of lots three and four, block e, of assess ta shores, section one, a subdivision in presyringe three.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> we received a request from the owners of lots three and four to vacate the drainage easement as well as the public utility easement. We've received indication from an engineer that the drainage easement is not needed as well as from the public utilities that they don't need the utility easement. Therefore we recommend approval.
>> any objections called to our attention?
>> no, sir.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward.
>> move that the public hearing be closed.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. That would be action item number 20 on today's agenda.
