Let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. First item, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an invoice for administrative fees from hunter and hunter consultants.
>> harvey Davis, manager of the corporation: the amount of the invoice is $2,600. This is for the consultant in our down payment assistance program that ended December 31st, 2005. The source of the funds to pay his invoice is the administrative fees that we received from Texas department of housing and community affairs on the grant. And I represent that we have received the funds from our administrative fees. They have been deposited in the bank account and that the consultant has done the work to be able to earn the fees. So I recommend that this invoice be approved.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number two is to consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an invoice from consumer credit counseling service.
>> and this invoice is for $150, and it's for home buyer education classes for two home buyers. On our current down payment assistance program, called the american dream down payment initiative. And the amount is $150.
